CTS Ironman Camp

CTS is proud to be an Official Coaching Partner of Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events. As the coaching authority trusted by 2010 Ford Ironman St. George winner Heather Wurtele, CTS has a long and successful history of preparing triathletes of all ability levels, including 2008 and 2009 Ford Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander, to achieve their competitive goals.

The CTS Ironman camp focuses on preparing you for optimal performance in your Ironman race through course reconnaissance and hands-on instruction from CTS Coaches. You will also get insight into the training and racing strategies that helped Craig Alexander and others improve energy conservation and the art of fueling and hydration for their Ironman-winning performances. During this camp, you will enjoy unbeatable coaching, nutritional and mechanical support. The camp is three days of training and presentations, and is open to athletes of all abilities and experience levels. With small groups and a high coach-to-athlete ratio, this non-competitive learning environment is designed to accommodate individual learning needs. You will learn the skills needed to produce your best finish at your Ironman race.
